For the eighth time, Dolcital will attend ISM, the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snack that will be hold in Cologne from the 28th to the 31st of January 2024.
With the occasion, some new products will be presented, such as PEPITE, a new exclusive way to offer nougat, an innovative solution that has already achieved great success in Italy during the last Christmas campaign.
Not only important for the launch of new products, ISM represents an opportunity to meet foreign buyers and to consolidate relationships with historic customers.
New Caledonia, USA, South Africa and Australia are just some of the countries with which Dolcital collaborates and that appreciate the artisanal nougat that the company produces.
This year the fair will be even more important for Dolcital, as in 2024 the company celebrates the 100th anniversary!
One hundred years is a historic achievement, a milestone that must be celebrated and honored in the right way and this fair represents the perfect scenario.
